Walk-ins are welcome, BUT WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND MAKING A RESERVATION to ensure you can play during your desired time. Check our Special Events for days/events that may require special tickets.

Most days, yes, but, during peak hours and seasons, we may reach capacity. We limit the amount of children allowed to play at a time to ensure that we are providing a high quality play experience for all of our guests. If we are at capacity and you do not have a reservation, you may be asked to return at a different time/day.

We take cleanliness and safety of our playroom very seriously. We sanitize as needed throughout the day, and conduct deep cleaning after hours. We follow all local health guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all of our guests.

Yes! We offer a wide variety!

1. We have two types of monthly memberships:

   -Monthly: 2 hours of play per day, as many times per month as you’d like.

   -VIP Monthly: Unlimited play, as many time per month as you’d like, open to close!

2. We have annual memberships that provide unlimited play and other great benefits.

3. We also have pre-pay punch cards, which offer play admission at a discounted rate and never expire so you can play whenever it is convenient for you!

Absolutely! We strive to be an inclusive space for all children. If your child has specific needs, please contact us in advance so we can make any necessary accommodations.
